FTIR and optical assessment of zinc doped calcium phospho-borosilicate sol-gel glasses/glass-ceramics

摘要: CaO-P2O5-ZnO-SiO2-B2O3 glasses with varying compositions of calcium oxide and phosphorous are synthesized using sol-gel technique. The heat-treated for a duration 10 h at 500°C to obtain the glass-ceramics. glass-ceramics characterized Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) UV-Visible spectroscopy. Extinction coefficients, attenuation coefficients dielectric constant have been obtained all as well glass ceramics. results discussed in light non-bridging oxygens (NBO) heat-treatment glasses. In addition this, effect on infra-red spectra has analysed thoroughly.
