摘要: In certain preferred embodiments, the invention provides methods for treating cancer, which comprise (a) obtaining a specimen of cancer tissue from patient; (b) normal in proximity such (c) extracting total protein and RNA tissue; (d) expression profile using 2D DIGE mass spectrometry; (e) identifying proteins that are expressed at significantly different levels than (f) gene microarray technology comparing results thereof to profile; (g) prioritizing over-expressed by assessing connectivity other cancer-related or stimulatory proteins; (h) designing an appropriate interference cassette to, directly indirectly, modulate genes encoding prioritized (i) incorporating said into delivery vehicle; (j) providing patient with effective amount vehicle modify (i.e., production) proteins.
