摘要: THE mechanism of transformation the overtly similar cells neural plate into numerous and diverse cell types mature vertebrate central nervous system (CNS)1 can better be understood by studying clonal development isolated CNS precursor cells. Here I describe a culture in which blast (cells capable division) from embryonic day 13.5–14.5 rat forebrain divide differentiate variety types. Most clones contain only neurons or glia; 22% both non-neuronal For division cells, live conditioning need to present indicating that environmental signals influence proliferation. Heterogeneous develop homogeneous conditions, so factors intrinsic are probably important determining number type progeny.
