摘要: Increased bone fragility and other problems associated with age-associated loss are primarily manifested in the later years of life, much research on this important health problem has focused upon skeletal systems adults. There is considerable evidence, however, that accumulation mass occurs during growth period subadults plays an role determining achieved peak mass, turn risk osteopenia, fragility, osteoporosis life. Whereas attention been paid to older adults, few studies have addressed first two decades life (Gilsanz et al., 1988). In addition, while cancellous age particularly well documented, histomorphometric data cortical less studied (Compston, 1999). This significant, since process not homogeneous trabecular independently “modulated” (Burckhardt Cichel, 1989).
