摘要: Abstract Poly(3-aminopropylmethylsiloxane) has been modified with acrylonitrile via aza Michael addition and a broad range of oligomers have prepared CN:NH 2 ratio ranging between 0.1 1. NMR FTnIR analysis reveals that modification proceeds without formation tertiary amines. Modified characterized by DSC Tg the adducts are self-associated probably due to weak hydrogen bonding dipole interactions. The degree higher than 0.4 were miscible DGEBA. low high temperature relaxations cured thermosets measured DMTA. In commonly observed β relaxation, new 1 process linked an isosbestic point found. is attributed extended segment comprising pendant propionitrile group as well aminopropyl connects amines polysiloxane backbone. Elastic modulus α relaxation can be tuned from rubbery damping changing nitrile content. experimental network structure obtained elastic measurements related through established structure-property relations.
