摘要: A knowledge based economy can be achieved through the development of human capital. Higher Education Institutions, as main providers capital, play a crucial role in producing graduates that meet industry needs.This study investigates potential gap between important dimensions graduates’ attributes Institution and actual performance these during their employment. The are considered four broad areas, namely knowledge, skills, abilities personality.The results this will assist identifying most curriculum taught to students relation personality, relevant Malaysian market.
