摘要: Abstract Stability constants, enthalpies and entropies in the formation of uranyl(VI) thorium(IV) with aspartic acid have been determined at 25.0°C a 1.0 mol dm−3 aqueous solution sodium perchlorate by means potentiometric calorimetric techniques. Because precipitation solid compounds, only two complexes 1 : 2 stoichiometry were observed uranyl(VI)—asparate system one complex thorium(IV)—aspartate system. Comparison values stability constants enthalpy entropy changes corresponding some mono- di-carboxylate ligands suggests that binding both metal ions involves carboxylate group only, furthest from positive amino group.
