摘要: We predict the amplitude of gravitational redshift galaxies in galaxy clusters using an N-body simulation a ΛCDM universe. examine possibility detecting effect on total observed for galaxies. For mass M ~ 1015 h-1 M☉, difference between brightest and rest cluster members is ~10 km s- 1. The most efficient way to detect redshifts information from only involves full gravitational-redshift profile clusters. Massive clusters, while having largest redshift, suffer large peculiar velocities substructure, which act as sources noise. This their low number density make it more reasonable try averaging over many groups relatively mass. publicly available data 107 rich ESO Nearby Abell Clusters Survey (ENACS), finding no evidence redshifts. Tests our simulated show that we need at least ~2500 or with > 5 × 1013 M☉ detection 2 σ level.
