摘要: The invention provides constructs and methods of screening for useful in conferring resistance plants to pests by gene silencing. also pest-resistant transformed with the present constructs. One method comprises steps of: selecting at least one pest target nucleotide sequence, producing a plurality dsRNA test agents that testing scoring toxicity pest, silencing construct based on superior-scoring agent.
