摘要: Robotic prostate biopsy is an emerging technology. Recent development of this tool has allowed the performance a transperineal allowing pre-programmed standardized schemes. Prospective data collection was undertaken in 86 consecutive men who underwent robotically assisted biopsy. All multi-parametric MRI pre-biopsy with centroid targeting followed by systematic template For purposes study, our definition clinically significant cancer (csPCa) any Gleason score > 6. Mean (SD) age, median (IQR) PSA, and volume were 64.24 (6.97) years, 7.79 ng/ml (6.5) 45.06 cc (28), respectively. Overall, 44 (51.2%) diagnosed csPCa. csPCa detected targeted biopsies alone 35 (40.1%) men. The addition 12-zone increased yield for another 9 (10.5%) Of these men, majority (7) harbored primary pattern 3 disease only 1 identified to have high-grade disease. Out 7 them had identification sector, where target contained within that zone. Robotic-assisted study demonstrated high detection when combined limited near-field sampling. Our suggests use more accurate schemes such as ring-targeting lesions mitigate against random mathematical errors. Adoption strategy would potentially avoid morbidity associated whole gland unguided biopsies.
