摘要: Efficient approaches for the utilization of waste sewage sludge have been widely studied. One them is to use it bioenergy production, specifically methane gas which well-known be driven by complex bacterial interactions during anaerobic digestion process. Therefore, important understand not only microorganisms producing but also those controlling or regulating In this study, azithromycin analogs belonging macrolide, ketolide, and lincosamide groups were applied investigate mechanisms dynamics community in production. The stages process evaluated measuring production intermediate substrates, such as protease activity, organic acids, quantification bacteria archaea, its dynamics. All used study achieved a high compared control sample without any antibiotic due efficient hydrolysis presence fermentative archaea responsible methanogenesis stage. key contributing may Clostridia, Cladilinea, Planctomycetes, Alphaproteobacteria an accelerator whereas Nitrosomonadaceae Nitrospiraceae suppressors conclusion, has promising ability finding essential improving using waste sludge.
