摘要: Abstract Recent several studies have reported that oxidative stress could be an important component of the mechanism cardiotoxicity due to organophosphate-induced toxicity. The aim this study is evaluate and antioxidative parameters in cardiac toxicity organophosphate poisoning, determine effects atropine pralidoxime on parameters. experimental groups were randomly divided into five as control (corn oil), dichlorvos (30 mg/kg), (10 mg/kg), (40 mg/kg), (10 mg/kg) + pralidoxime (40 mg/kg) groups. Serum cholinesterase levels suppressed with dichlorvos, these reductions inhibited and/or pretreatment. Serum, but not cardiac, total free sulfhydryl paraoxonase activities significantly increased group when compared group. arylesterase elevated atropine, pralidoxime, atropine + pralidoxime ( P
