摘要: Nano-sized AgNb1−xTaxO3 (x = 0.4) ceramic powders were synthesized by a modified citrate sol–gel route. Homogeneous Ag–Nb–Ta precursor gel was prepared with silver citrate, niobium and tantalum as source of Ag, Nb Ta, respectively. Citrate acid ethylene glycol used the complexing agents. The structural variation powder annealing temperature studied TG–DTA X-ray diffraction. calcinated at 680 °C produced pure perovskite phase. effects experimental parameters including pH value solution proportion citric to metal ions on formation homogeneous microstructure also investigated. results indicated that no precipitate formed about 6 optimum molar ratio 2:1–3:1. XRD data analysis correlation between dielectric properties (Nb,Ta)O6 octahedra discussed.
