Correlation between dielectric properties and vibration modes of xCaF2–Ag(Nb,Ta)O3 materials

摘要: Abstract Raman measurements of x CaF 2 –Ag(Nb,Ta)O 3 perovskite ceramics, with  = 0, 4, 4.5, and 5 wt.%, are taken at room temperature. spectra the ceramics analyzed through characteristic parameters: peak position line width phonon modes. With increase in concentration, vibration frequency A 1g (Ag) phonon, as well full-width-at-half-maximum (FWHM), decreases. The decrease (O) mode indicates that Nb–O Ta–O bonds become weak. These suggest addition leads to distortion (Nb,Ta)O 6 octahedra. In addition, stretch permittivity dielectric loss ceramics. conclude octahedra play an important role on properties
