摘要: Artemisia abrotanum (A. abrotanum) used for against cancer, cough, fever, and tumors; also, it contains essential oil (EO) in antimicrobial possesses. Trace elements (iron, Fe; magnesium, Mg; manganese, Mn) play important roles physiological processes metabolisms of A. plants. In this study, growth, yield, EO, nutrient contents were evaluated under foliar spray Fe, Mg, or Mn treatments. Plants subjected to different rates Fe (0, 1, 2, 3, 4 g/L), Mg 4, 6, 8 g/L), 50, 100, 200, 300 mg/L) as individual experiments. Data statistically analyzed using ANOVA-1. Obtained results showed that (3 g/L), (8 g/L), (300 mg/L) resulted the greatest values growth characters (plant height, fresh dry weights aerial parts), EO content (% mL/100 plants), major constituents (2-hydroxy-1, 8-cineole, β-eudesmol, camphor), contents, their uptakes. Different changes found various chemical classes (mono sesquiterpenes). Significant variations detected due applications trace such Mn.
