摘要: Provided are methods and compositions for the photodynamic therapy (PDT) of ocular conditions characterized by presence unwanted choroidal neovasculature, example, neovascular age-related macular degeneration. The selectivity sensitivity PDT method can be enhanced combining with an anti-angiogenesis factor, angiostatin or endostatin, apoptosis-modulating factor. Furthermore, may further coupling a targeting moiety to photosensitizer so as target neovasculature.
