摘要: This study describes the first general optimization model for complex systems with uncertain parameters and decision variables represented as intervals in CDM forestry projects. We work through a specific example of method developed Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project Inner Mongolia, China. is designed to optimize carbon sink capacity new forests, can deal uncertainties capacity, average annual rainfall, ecological parameters, biological characteristics tree species. The inputs are presented form intervals, several optimized output variables. Compared project’s originally recommended scheme, will absorb fix between 1,142 885,762 tonnes extra dioxide. Moreover, environmental benefits also raised various extents.
