摘要: Abstract Objective: To determine the impact of embryo fragmentation on pregnancy, obstetric, and perinatal outcome. Design: Retrospective analysis transfers that were homogeneous in regard to degree fragmentation. Setting: Fertility center. Patient(s): A cohort 460 fresh transfers. Intervention(s): total 164 pregnancies analyzed for incidence antepartum complications during gestation, obstetric (multiple preterm delivery, cesarean section), outcome (sex, birth weight, admission neonatal intensive care unit, malformations). Main Outcome Measure(s): Implantation clinical pregnancy rate, Result(s): Embryo number embryos per transfer showed a significant influence implantation rate. No such relation was found concerning complications, multiple section, gestation week, average time at neonatology. On other hand, derived from bad-quality had significantly higher rate malformations. Conclusion(s): The percentage malformations may be due apoptotic features chromosomal disorders. For ethical reasons, with >50% should considered only after consultation patient.
