摘要: Obstetric outcome after single embryo transfer Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Institute Clinical Sciences, The Sahlgrenska Academy, University Gothenburg, SE-413 45 Sweden. Background: Children born IVF have a poorer neonatal than children spontaneous conception, even adjustment for confounders. In Sweden, since 2003 an increasing amount cycles are transfers (SET). This gives the opportunity to investigate compare SET double (DET). Aim: To assess maternal outcomes IVF, particularly SET. Methods: Paper I: All in Sweden treatment during years 2002-2006 their mothers were included (n=13 544 children) compared with all general population same time period (n=587 009 concerning outcomes. II: singletons fresh own oocytes (n= 8941) cross-linked Swedish Medical Birth Registry. Four major investigated: very preterm birth (<32 weeks), small gestational age (SGA), placenta previa placental abruption. Maternal characteristics (age, parity, BMI, smoking infertility) treatment-related variables (number retrieved, number culture days, transferred cryopreserved embryos “vanishing twin”) investigated independent association four selected III: (n=2348) (n=8944) conception (n=571 914). IV: Outcomes women (n=921) undergoing two pregnancies (n=1842) (n=991) one pregnancy twins (n=1982). Results: had population. Comparing singletons, irrespective transferred, population, significantly higher rates ( 4500g) cryopreservation for…
