摘要: Abstract Round goby (Neogobius melanostomus) in Baltic Sea is an invasive species, which over the past decade spreads rapidly. was indirectly introduced from Black or Caspian Sea. During these years catch reaches several thousand tons. Fishermans acquire fish sourcing but appears problems with implementation. The development plan of Latvia establish to use species for human consumption and that why research have been considered possibility processing residue (internal organs, head, bones etc.). In accordance bioeconomic principles, waste be raw material production high added value products. Evaluating round economic technical viewpoint context we examine extraction oil. fish’s total amount lipids has determined while using Bligh/Dyer method. oil quality indicators – free fatty acids, acid saponification value. Content protein, moisture, ashes carbohydrates determined. goby’s head consists 81.18 ± 1.10 % water, 4.24 0.10 ash 1.00 0.13 fat, 16.60 0.40 0.0 carbohydrates. body 83.68 12.86 3.75 0.01 ash, 0.67 0.07 0 While assessing capabilities, attempts were made obtain through heat microwave methods. After numerous applications centrifugation method gelatin acquired, there no findings upper part liquid layer. Similar results obtained extraction.
