摘要: All four authors of Learning by Doing have had extensive experience with both the theory and practicalities developing professional learning communities (PLCs) in schools. They written about topic books articles, developed PLCs their own schools districts, helped other educators establish PLCs, and—finally significantly—continue to study impact on student learning. translates what they learned through these experiences into a useful guide based solid base research practice.
