摘要: The incidence of type 2 diabetes is rapidly increasing worldwide due to the occurrence obesity and sedentary lifestyle. Type no longer confined middle-aged elderly people but increasingly common among young even children (1,2). constitutes a major health problem in both developed developing countries, with it becoming one largest challenges care systems. Therefore, any measures prevent or delay development are urgently needed. There great deal evidence that genetic environmental factors importance pathogenesis diabetes. While still poorly understood, numerous studies have shown (central particular), physical inactivity (3), high-fat diet, diet rich saturated fatty acids increase risk (4,5). Furthermore, based mainly on epidemiological studies, low intakes dietary fiber, low-glycemic carbohydrates, whole grain cereals been (5). Type preceded by long period impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) milder disturbances metabolism. These metabolism insulin resistance syndrome metabolic syndrome, characterized clustering factors, much more than carry an increased not only for also cardiovascular morbidity mortality, early phases (6,7). …
