摘要: ABSTRACTThis article discusses the limited yet important literature on contributions of historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) to students profession social work. The vital role HBCUs in work education their mission advocate for economic justice disenfranchised populations is also discussed. A case example then provided illustrate safe nurturing context HBCUs. Implications future are offered.
