摘要: The aim of the present study was to elucidate whether prenatal chronic stress, in combination with exposure a developmental neurotoxicant, would increase effects offspring compared either alone. Development and neurobehavioral were investigated female pregnant rats (Mol:WIST) exposed mild stress (CMS) during gestational days (GD) 9-20, or 1500 ppm toluene, 6 h/day 7-20, two. Prenatal CMS associated decreased thymic weight increased auditory startle response. corticosterone response restraint seemed modified by toluene. Lactational body offsprings subjected CMS, primarily due combined group. Cognitive function Morris water maze, some indications improved observed. In experimental setting, there no indication two exposures potentiating each other respect adverse on nervous system. However, indicate that fetal life may interfere development thymus reactivity (startle reflex) offspring.
