摘要: Flow cytometry, in recent years, has emerged from a research setting to assume an active role clinical pathology. The technology offers rapid reproducible and quantitative technique for assessing large numbers of single cells suspension using combination measurements. analysis individual can be performed 1) by the intrinsic properties unlabelled measure dispersion or scatter focused laser light; 2) effects on polarized 3) making use fluorescent probes that label cell surface and/or intracellular components live fixed [1–3]. development these techniques resulted new powerful insights biology. fact this depends makes it almost natural applications within transfusion medicine.
