摘要: The 1H- and 13C-n.m.r. data on the capsular polysaccharide (1) produced by Streptococcus pneumoniae type 4, depyruvated (2), a tetrasaccharide (3a) derived Smith degradation of 2 were used as constraints computer-generated model conformation 1 to assess effects pyruvic acetal substituent conformation. dynamics systems influence investigated using relaxation measurements.
