摘要: Recent interest in nanomaterials (typically on the scale of 10-7–10-9m) is stimulated by fact that, owing to small size building blocks (particles, grains, or phase) and high surface-to-volume ratio, these materials demonstrate unique mechanical, optical, electronic magnetic properties [1, 2, 3]. The are mainly determined interplay of: (1) fine block (<100 nm); (2) chemical composition constituent phases; (3) presence interfaces, more specifically grain boundaries, heterophase free surface; (4) interactions between blocks.
