摘要: This study proposes a method of detecting, locating, and quantifying structural damage by directly using vibration measurements in the time domain. In this method, coupling effect at different locations structure on vibratory responses is eliminated projecting these measured quantities onto some specific subspaces. As result, system, generally modeled with multiple degree freedom, decomposed into several independent single-degree-of-freedom (SDOF) systems, every one which only associated certain location or region. A monitor designed as an observer to detect related each SDOF system. decision-making scheme developed correlate monitor’s output occurrence damage. The severity estimated traditional system identification iterative way. analysis effects measurement noise also included. Numerical exam...
