摘要: Background Research on the role of nutrition in type 2 diabetes has largely focused macro/micronutrient composition and dietary fiber intake, while fewer studies have tested effects differing food choice. Some observational short-term intervention suggest that a pattern mimicking diet with which humans evolved positively influences glucose control associated endocrine systems. Such mainly differs from other common healthy patterns its absence cereal grains dairy products. The primary aim this pilot study is to determine effect two diets or without products control, keeping participants’ weight stable parameters, such as composition, glycemic load, same both diets.
