摘要: Gamma/delta T cell lymphomas (γ/δ TCL) represent rare, often aggressive types of malignancy that are clinically and pathologically diverse. Most γ/δ TCL occur as a hepatosplenic or subcutaneous type. To date, analysis the receptor δ (TCRδ) gene repertoire HSTCL) panniculitis-like SPTCL) has been reported only in limited number cases. In this study we analyzed 11 HSTCL 4 SPTCL by polymerase chain reaction immunostaining to determine their usage Vδ subtypes (Vδ1–6). It is noteworthy 10 expressed Vδ1 gene. The remaining case also determined flow cytometry TCRδ rearrangement Southern blot. However, lymphoma could not be determined, which suggests an yet unidentified striking contrast HSTCL, all Vδ2 Our data demonstrate preferentially derived from subset lymphocytes, whereas subset. pattern expression corresponds respective, predominant subsets normally found spleen skin. This finding normal lymphocytes reside affected tissues. Furthermore, selective, type-specific segment may provide molecular tool distinguish better among various particularly advanced, widely disseminated
