摘要: Fuel management and suppression preparedness planning are elements of forest fire that strongly interrelated with one another. Despite this interrelation, previous optimization models have tended to consider these components in isolation from Here we present an integer programming model incorporates both fuel decisions, thus providing integrated framework. A series hypothetical test landscapes used demonstrate the model’s functionality easily interpretable results. number possible extensions formulation also discussed.
