摘要: OBJECTIVE:To present a case of the use alteplase for successful resolution an upper extremity occlusion in newborn receiving extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).CASE SUMMARY:A two-day-old full-term Hispanic girl ECMO support developed left distal to brachial artery. Alteplase therapy was initiated with bolus dose 0.48 mg/kg followed by continuous infusion 0.27 mg/kg/h three hours.
