摘要: Aqueous extracts of onion, garlic and ginger inhibited platelet aggregation induced by several agents, including arachidonate (AA), in a dose-dependent manner. While onion were found to be weak inhibitors thromboxane synthesis, extract the cyclooxygenase products this effect correlated well with its inhibitory effects on above agents. These two dose-dependent. Although three aqueous biosynthesis 6-keto-F1 alpha rat aortic rings from labelled AA, they did not reduce prostacyclin production endogenous AA pool rings. was extracted into organic solvents order increasing polarity (n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate). An analysis n-hexane revealed at least clearly separated TLC bands containing materials that generation simultaneously lipoxygenase (HETE). The results indicate if same happening vivo, could useful as natural antithrombotic materials.
