摘要: Infrared transmission spectra and ultraviolet–visible–near-infrared diffuse reflectance are reported for microcrystalline ZnO samples in contact with CO at different temperatures. The absorptions observed after interaction 300 K ascribed to the formation of oxidized chemisorbed surface point defects on ZnO. Interaction 473 produces extensive reduction population conduction band, phonon–plasmon coupling is observed. After cooling K, electrons from band populate bulk defects.
