摘要: The crystal structure determination of heat labile enterotoxin (LT) bound to two different lanthanide ions, erbium and samarium, revealed distinct ion binding sites in the interface A subunit B pentamer toxin. One is conserved very similar cholera toxin sequence. These may be potential calcium sites. Erbium samarium causes a change LT: rotation A1 up degrees relative pentamer.
