摘要: The phosphatase produced by the wild-type strain of Chlamydomonas reinhardi in media deprived inorganic phosphate are found partly inside and outside cells. same enzymes almost completely released a mutant defective cell wall formation. It is proposed that failure mutants to survive certain conditions related their inability retain essential compounds normally associated wall.
