摘要: Abstract An overview of the literature concerning in vivo studies with immunoliposomes is presented. The design immunoliposomes, their fate light physiological constraints as well potential applications are discussed. It appears that therapeutic utility restricted to a limited number applications. General rules for successful deployment slowly emerging.
