摘要: Hyperthermia is under intensive investigation as a treatment for tumors both alone and in combination with other therapeutic agents. has profound effect on the function structural integrity of tumor microvasculature; this often been cited reason its effectiveness tumors. To test role hyperthermia cytotoxic effects active oxygen species, Chinese hamster, V79, bovine endothelial cells were treated by oxygens, ${\rm O}_{2}^{\overline{\cdot}}$ H2 O2, generated from hypoxanthine/purine xanthine oxidase reactions.
