摘要: This study was undertaken to explore environmental sources of Listeria monocytogenes in a commercial chicken further processing facility and compare the isolates obtained from this with others fully cooked product. In survey conducted at facility, 40 sites (encompassing two production lines representing areas which raw products are processed) were cultured for L. monocytogenes. The resulting subjected molecular subtyping by ribotyping, these compared 25 collected plant personnel product contact surfaces Eighty-nine divided into 15 distinct ribogroups. Two ribogroups included product; members analysis pulsed-field gel electrophoresis, four clusters. produced on line 1 found be indistinguishable (i) drains raw-product side (ii) floor surface cooked-product area 1. 2 spiral freezer exit conveyor 2, 1, (iii) These data suggest that can colonize poultry eventually transferred
