摘要: This paper reported the establishment of mass production system adventitious roots Codonopsis lanceolata through shake flask and bioreactor culture. Induction was started from explants leaf, stem root on 1/2 strength Murashing Skoog (MS) solid medium. Stem segments were best for induction compared to leaf segments. Among different auxins tested (NAA, IBA IAA), number per explant highest medium with 1.0 mg/L IBA, produced explant. However, growth fast in presence at low concentration (0.1 mg/L). In culture, maximum (fresh weight) obtained half-strength MS full-strength one-third When shake-flask culture transferred 5 L air-lift bioreactor, 16 times fresh weight increase gained after one month These results indicate that this protocol C. can be applied large scale practical application.
