摘要: In this study, a method inspired by polyphenol chemistry is developed for the facile preparation of microcapsules under mild conditions. Specifically, process includes four steps: formation sacrificial template, generation coating on template surface, cross-linking cationic polymers, and removal template. Tannic acid (TA) chosen as representative precursor microcapsules. The strong interfacial affinity TA contributes to through oxidative oligomerization, while high reactivity in charge reacting/cross-linking with polymer polyethylenimine (PEI) Schiff base/Michael addition reaction. chemical/topological structures resultant are simultaneously characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron (XPS), etc. wall thickness could be tailored from 257±20 nm 486±46 changing concentration. then utilized encapsulating glucose oxidase (GOD), immobilized enzyme exhibits desired catalytic activity enhanced pH thermal stabilities. Owing structural diversity functional versatility polyphenols, study may offer generic prepare other kinds porous materials.
