摘要: New versions of SCTP protocol allow the implementation handover procedures in transport layer, as well supply a partially reliable communication service. A end-to-end architecture is proposed herein, using with session initiation protocol, SIP, besides additional protocols. This intended to handle real time multimedia applications mobility requirements. The SDL specification language used specify operation control module, which coordinates system component prevent ambiguities and inconsistencies definition this assisting correct architecture.
