摘要: The Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) is a new transport protocol featuring multi-streaming and multi-homing. Until now, there have been two approaches considered to supporting Internet mobility: Mobile IP in the network layer SIP application layer. In this paper, we discuss use of SCTP for mobility support We provide framework with ADDIP extension, termed ?mobile SCTP? or mSCTP short, seamless handover location management. Some implementation deployment issues are also discussed all-IP wireless mobile networks.
