摘要: Mechanisms underlying cell type stability and the capacity of retinal cells for transdifferentiation are discussed. It is shown that amphibian pigmented epithelium can be transformed into retina or lens depending on inducing type: influence enables them to retina, epithelium, (lentoids lenses). This led an attempt discover molecular character action by means transfilter induction in early gastrula ectoderm Xenopus laevis. The results show induced types correspond main type, around which a range neighbouring produced; this has been five different types. factors involved seem qualitative differences. probable they play stabilizing role maintenance differentiated state tissues, since temporary dissociation leads eye tissues transdifferentiate other Such significant differentiation also conversion These mechanisms not restricted interactions between molecules cells, membranes surface contribute their shaping consequently type.
