摘要: AbstractThis paper studies the performance assessment of ultrasonic-aided electropolishing and pulse-electropolishing external cylindrical surfaces by three groups design electrode recommended in a previous publication author. Six types feeding are connected with continuous direct current an experiment. It requires no expensive special-purpose equipment nor high material removal as does conventional electrochemical machining, it offers fast improvement surface roughness reduces residual stress on workpiece new area electropolishing. The control factors include die material, chemical composition concentration electrolyte, electrolyte temperature, flowrate initial gap width, electrical rating, rotational speed, feed rate. experimental parameters frequency power level ultrasonics, pulse period, design.
