摘要: Heterogeneous network selection is a popular topic with the rapid development of telecommunication technologies. Literatures employed different ways for solving issue drawbacks more or less especially neglecting user preference and using much subjective configurations. This paper proposes scheme including realtime non-realtime pursuit, money battery consumption concern non-specific requirement. For front four modes, technique order by similarity to ideal solution based method vote which reduces subjectiveness introduced. Then, function-less totally unsubjective called directional distance function data envelopment analysis faces Several examples test these two methods results support them.
