摘要: Solid-pseudopapillary tumor (SPT) is a rare neoplasm of the pancreas that usually occurs in young females. It generally considered low-grade malignant can remain asymptomatic for several years. The occurrence infiltrating varieties SPT around 10%-15%. Between 1986 and 2006, 282 cystic tumors were observed. Among them was diagnosed 8 patients (2.8%) with only one variety. This 49-year-old female 13 years after sonographic evidence small pancreatic lesion interpreted as pseudocyst. invaded long segment portal-mesenteric vein confluence, removed total pancreatectomy, resection portal reconstruction internal jugular vein. Histological examination confirmed R-0 primary SPT, although vascular invasion demonstrated. postoperative course uneventful, but 32 mo surgery patient experienced diffuse liver metastases. Chemotherapy different drugs started. alive symptom-free, stable disease, 75 surgery. Twenty-five and/or mesenteric vessels retrieved from literature, 16 recent relapse potentially curative also retrieved. best treatment remains radical whenever possible, even locally advanced or metastatic disease. role chemotherapy, radiotherapy, still to be defined.
