[Diffuse peritoneal carcinosis of pseudo-papillary and solid tumor of the pancreas. Role of abdominal injury].

摘要: Abstract We report the case of a young girl with diffuse peritoneal carcinomatosis due to pseudopapillary and solid tumor pancreas. Fourteen months before diagnosis treatment tumor, an abdominal trauma occurred. Initial was visible resection. Eight later, relapse occurred patient reoperated. All macroscopic lesions were removed. Thirty-seven after first laparotomy, well but ultrasound led suspicion hepatic metastasis. Among 17 published cases metastatic pancreas (including 6 carcinomatosis), described in 11 3 carcinomatosis). Pseudopapillary may spread outside pancreas, particularly cavity. Metastatic be promoted by trauma, including biopsies which should never performed.
