摘要: Abstract In the hemopoietic compartment, IL-3, GM-CSF, and IL-5 receptors are major transducers of survival signals; however, receptor-proximal events that determine this vital function have not been defined. We found IL-3 stimulation induces phosphorylation Ser-585 β c . This promotes association phospho-Ser-585 with 14-3-3 p85 subunit PI 3-K. Mutation specifically impairs 3-K signaling pathway reduces cell in response to IL-3. These results define a distinct receptor–mediated regulated by site-specific receptor serine binding suggest novel mode may be utilized disparate transmembrane as common theme transduction signals.
