摘要: Abstract IL-3, IL-5, and GM-CSF are related hematopoietic cytoines that important for allergic inflammation. The receptors human members of the hematopoietin receptor superfamily comprised a cytokine-specific α chain common β is shared among these cytokines signaling. Each contributes to differentiation function leukocyte subpopulations have clinical importance in protective immunity pathophysiology spectrum immunologic diseases as diverse allergy asthma, pulmonary alveolar proteinosis, neurodegenerative diseases, malignancies. Delineating biology enabling development new strategies diagnosing treating modulating immune responses.
